Distance learning has always been a part of our offerings, but 2020 has brought on a greater need for online services.

 

How it works:

 

1. Schedule a FREE 20-minute consultation with your NeuroAide via phone or video chat to determine if distance learning is right for your family.

2. Complete and return intake paperwork, evaluation deposit, and any additional paperwork (IEP, Neuro Psych Evaluation, etc.) that you think will help us determine your learning needs.

3. Next, we will arrange a time to meet via Zoom for your skill evaluation. This typically takes 2-3 hours and, in some cases, will be divided into multiple sessions.

4. Following the evaluation, a consultation will be scheduled to discuss the results and our recommendations. Specific programming, frequency and duration of training will be determined based on each client’s unique needs. Family participation may be required in some cases.

5. Some programs require specialized equipment, in which case, it will be mailed to you prior to the beginning of your training.

6. Once you are ready to get started, we will schedule routine sessions via Zoom.
